Travel companionship for seniors who need help navigating airports or communicating, from departure to meeting their family.
For travelers who can eat, take their own medication and use the restroom independently, without medical care.
When family cannot travel alongside, we help travelers understand flight information, navigate the airport and meet their designated pickup person.
For minors or travelers with additional care needs, authorization documents and the scope of support must be confirmed separately.
We assess flights, airport procedures and available companionship based on the needs of travelers journeying with their pets.
Each case is subject to airline, border and animal health requirements. Cabin carriage and entry are not guaranteed.

SERVICE SCOPE
Wheelchairs, ground transfers, flights, accommodation, authorization for minors, pet carriage and document preparation must be confirmed case by case.
We do not provide medical treatment, feeding, restroom care or medication administration. Travelers remain responsible for their travel documents and declarations.

We review independence, travel companions and flight conditions before accepting a journey we can support appropriately.
Confirm the companion’s identity, languages and relevant experience before arranging travel. Training, background checks and insurance are subject to the documentation actually provided.
